Back to Home Health offers compassionate, non-medical in-home services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Our offerings include companionship, personal care assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, light housekeeping, and more. All services are provided at a base rate of $25 per hour, with NO HOURLY MINIMUMS. We are committed to delivering professional, reliable, and personalized care throughout Pima County, Arizona.

Transportation   Services                                       $29 + mileage

Doctor visits, errands, includes wait time. 

Mileage at $0.75/mile

Light Housekeeping                                                 $25

Laundry, dishes, tidying living areas

** Clients who prepay for a block of 40 hours or more in advance will receive a $1 per hour discount off standard rates.**
