Back to Home Health offers compassionate, non-medical in-home services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Our offerings include companionship, personal care assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, light housekeeping, and more. All services are provided at a base rate of $32 per hour, with a 1 HOUR PER SHIFT MINIMUM. We are committed to delivering professional, reliable, and personalized care throughout Pima County, Arizona.

Respite Care $32

Temporary relief for family caregivers

Meal Preparation & Feeding $32

Meal planning, cooking, feeding support

Medication Reminders $32

Non-clinical reminders, basic documentation

Transportation Services $32 PLUS mileage

Doctor visits, errands, includes wait time. 

Mileage at IRS rate

Light Housekeeping $32

Mid Housekeeping $34

Heavy Housekeeping $36

Laundry, dishes, tidying living areas 

Mobility & Transfer Assistance $34

Transfer from bed/chair, walking assistance

Personal Care Assistance $34

Bathing, grooming, dressing, incontinence care

Add-On Service Additional Cost

Dementia/Alzheimer’s  ADD $3/hour

Hospice Support Care ADD $3/hour

Couples Care 2 Clients at 1.5x rate

Notary Services $10 per signature
